Tulsa chiropractor. $40 walk-in. No appointment needed.
Cash-pay chiropractic in Brookside, midtown Tulsa. Walk in any time during business hours, on the table within ten minutes, $40 cash or card. No insurance hoops, no consultation fee, no membership trap.
"The third chiropractor I've been to and the only one who's given me this type of relief."
"A 10 minute session with Dr. Jason and I feel like my body went back 15 years."
"Helped walk me through the process and address the areas where I had the most tension."
Walk in, get adjusted, get on with your day.
No new-patient paperwork that takes forty minutes. No insurance verification call. No upsell at the door. Three steps, every visit.
Walk in
Any time during business hours. No appointment, no phone call ahead. We see patients in the order they arrive.
Get adjusted
Brief intake on your first visit, exam, then the adjustment. You're usually on the table within ten minutes of arriving.
Pay $40
Cash or card. Same price every visit. No deductibles, no copay surprises, no insurance forms. Walk out, get back to your day.
15 minutes start to finish, the first time. Less every visit after.
Most patients overestimate how complicated walking into a chiropractor is. Here is exactly what happens, in order, the first time you come in.
Walk in, sign in
Two quick pages of intake paperwork. Name, what hurts, brief history. No insurance card, no driver's license, no photo. Sign in, sit down.
Brief intake conversation
Dr. Forward asks what brought you in, when it started, what makes it worse. Honest answers. He'll figure out with you whether this is a chiropractic case or whether you need a different provider.
Focused exam
Range of motion checks, palpation, orthopedic tests for the area you came in for. Dr. Forward is looking for what is mechanically restricted versus what is referred pain or something else entirely.
The adjustment
Specific, focused, board-safe. Most adjustments take 3 to 5 minutes of actual hands-on work. You will hear cavitations (the popping noise) on most segments. It does not hurt.
Pay $40, walk out
Cash or card at the front desk. HSA and FSA accepted too. Same total every visit. Dr. Forward will tell you whether to come back tomorrow, next week, or only if it flares up again. No pressure to schedule.
Most chiropractic offices charge $185 to keep the lights on. We don't.
Insurance billing is the reason most clinics need to bill big numbers. We skipped insurance entirely so we could charge what an adjustment is actually worth.
No insurance, no inflation
When a clinic bills insurance, the negotiated rate, paperwork burden, and rejection rate force the sticker price up. Cash-pay means $40 stays $40.
No membership commitment
You don't need to sign up for a monthly plan or pre-buy a 10-pack. Come when your back hurts, skip when it doesn't. We'd rather earn the next visit.
Walk-in, not appointment-based
Appointments mean delays. Walk-ins mean you come when the pain hits, not three days later. We staff to handle volume, not to optimize the calendar.
Honest answers about chiropractic
Disc herniations, fractures, inflammatory arthritis aren't chiropractic cases. We refer those out same-day and don't charge. We tell you when chiropractic isn't the answer.

If you train hard, you wreck things differently. I get it.
CrossFit, weightlifting, running, jiu-jitsu, golf. Athletic injuries are usually mechanical: a stuck segment, a joint capsule that won't open, a hip locked in internal rotation. Fix the mechanics first. Then the strength work actually works.
I train the same movements you do. Kipping, butterfly, chest-to-bar. I know exactly what wrecks shoulders and hips, and exactly how to fix it.
Squat depth pinch
Almost always a femoral-acetabular impingement pattern, not a strength deficit. Restore joint capsule mobility, re-pattern the hip hinge, training resumes.
Pull-up shoulder pain
Usually a stuck thoracic segment forcing the shoulder to compensate. Adjust the mid-back, the shoulder stops complaining.
Tennis & golfer's elbow
Frequently rooted in cervical or upper-thoracic restrictions referring to the forearm. Treat the spine, not just the elbow.
Post-deadlift lower back lockup
Lumbar segments grip in protection mode. A targeted adjustment within 24 to 48 hours of the lockup gets you back to training fastest.

"The absolute best chiropractic care I've ever experienced. I drive a lot and work from my phone, so top to bottom my spine is inflamed and uncomfortable. A 10 minute session with Dr. Jason and I feel like my body went back 15 years. Vanguard is an absolute must if you want to feel and perform your best. Also, pet the dog. He's awesome."
"This was my second visit with Jason. Told him about my low range of motion and pain in my left shoulder. He did his thing and worked it out. He's the third chiropractor I've been to and the only one who's given me this type of relief. Highly recommend."
"Very kind and patient-driven experience. Dr. Jason helped walk me through the process and address the areas where I had the most tension and discomfort. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for chiropractic care in the area."
